Elliott L. Epstein

Elliott L. Epstein has been a Maine trial and appellate lawyer since 1978, handling a broad spectrum of complex cases in courts and before administrative boards involving divorce and custody, business and contract disputes, employment discrimination, personal injury and professional malpractice, intellectual property, securities broker-customer disputes, probate contests, and real estate and land use issues. He has also acted as a mediator and arbitrator. Elliott joined the firm’s predecessor in 2015. In addition to his work on family law cases, Elliott continues to maintain his general trial and appellate practice.

He holds the highest (“AV”) attorney peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
