Elyse B. Segovias
Elyse B. Segovias is the managing partner at Shukie & Segovias. She joined the firm’s predecessor, Andrucki & King, in 2011. Elyse’s practice focuses on all aspects of family law.
Elyse enjoys the practice of family law because it involves building relationships and working collaboratively with clients. Elyse is mindful that families in dispute hire her for help through some of the hardest life transitions. Elyse does not take that trust lightly. Elyse believes that good results, and trust, come from listening to the client, communicating clearly, and being prepared.
Elyse also has a niche practice involving predicate orders in family matters cases for individuals who plan to seek a Special Immigrant Juvenile Visa, and enjoys the collaboration it provides with immigration attorneys. A portion of her practice is also dedicated to adoptions from foster care, and Elyse has represented numerous clients during this momentous stage in their lives.
Elyse lives in Cumberland County with her wife and three children. In her spare time she likes to cook, run, and spend time outdoors.
